Shipping policy

Your order will be processed and shipped within two business days after your order has been submitted.

In order to give you the fastest and smoothest delivery possible, your handmade Dark Swan lashes will be sent from one of our two locations (Denmark or Canada). For example, if you order from the US, we will send your lashes from Canada.

Track your order 

Depending on the shipping method you have selected, you will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped including a link for tracking. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking system to process. Once it reached your country you can also track using your local post office website with the same tracking number. 

How do I change or cancel an order?

We will do our best to assist with any changes to your order. Please email us at info@darkswanofdenmark.com with the subject line “Change of order” and indicate your order number within 3 hours after you have placed the original order. Even though we do our best to assist you, there are no guarantees that your order has already been processed and is on its way.
